General Shipping Information:

Deliveries are arranged Monday through Friday, with the exclusion of public holidays.
All Orders are picked and packed within 3 business days.
Products over 1 meter (4FT batten & panel light, 4FT panel frame, 2 & 3 M Track). Shipping cost is $25 per carton. this can be order dependant.
If the order cannot be picked and sent within this time, we aim to make contact as soon as possible with the customer to discuss arrangements.
Orders depending on courier and location are delivered within 3-7 Business days, this may be longer for regional and exceptions.

Project LED: Shipping Policy

Force Majeure: Delivery and/or pickup may experience suspension or delay due to circumstances beyond Project LED’s control, such as strikes, stock shortages, accidents, pandemics, natural disasters, and other unforeseen events.

Residential Overweight & Oversize Charges: For residential shipments weighing between 30kg and 100kg, there’s a fee of $63. For shipments over 100kg, the fee is $192. Business addresses incur no additional charges. For oversize products such as 4FT battens & panel lights, 4FT panel frames, and 2 & 3 M Tracks, there’s a shipping charge of $25 per carton.

Subcontracting: Project LED reserves the right to subcontract delivery services, either wholly or partially, at our discretion.

Every employee and contractor associated with Project LED’s delivery service is entitled to the benefits of every release, exemption, limitation of liability, and conditions outlined in these shipping and delivery terms and conditions, which Project LED is entitled to.

If any part of Project LED’s shipping and delivery terms and conditions is deemed void or unlawful, the remaining terms and conditions will be enforced as if the void or unlawful provision(s) have been removed.
