Warranty & Returns Policy at Project LED
Product Warranty:
Project LED provides a product warranty limited to the replacement or repair of products found defective under normal usage, as determined by Project LED.
Warranty claims can be made in-store, online, over the phone, or via email at Support@projectled.com.au.
Customers must retain the faulty product until the warranty claim is finalized, along with the original invoice as proof of purchase.
For products under $50, customers can send a photo or video of the issue for a replacement without needing to return the item.
For other claims, if items need to be returned, Project LED will arrange pick-up of faulty items before sending replacements.
Any customer modifications will void the product warranty.
Using a different driver with Project LED lighting products voids the warranty; installation is to be only performed by a licensed Electrician.
Change of Mind Returns:
Returns due to a change of mind must be made within 30 days of purchase. We will deduct the actual shipping cost incurred for the order.
The value of the returned goods will be credited to your account as store credit within 24 hours of the return. An automatic notification email will be sent to confirm the credit.
Store credit can be used immediately for new purchases.
Refund Requests:
Refund requests for change of mind are available for applicable products in resalable condition, including packaging.
To request a refund, email Support@projectled.com.au with your company name, mobile number, order number, and reason for the refund.
Refund requests may incur applicable fees, including pick-up and shipping costs, a restocking fee (5% of the original purchase price), and no returns for products specifically excluded in the listing.
Refunds can also be provided as store credit to avoid the restocking fee.
Refund requests will be approved within 5 working days, and the refund will be processed within 5-10 working days after approval.
Damaged Goods During Delivery:
Claims for goods damaged during delivery must be made within 5 working days of receipt.

Warranty items are eligible for replacement or repair only.
Shipping fees will not be refunded for orders canceled after dispatch.
Standard returns must include the original packaging and proof of purchase.
For partial returns, any discounts or promotions will be recalculated accordingly.
